「ミコト」は神社建築から着想を得たデザインテーブルです。 日本の伝統的な神社建築の要素を取り入れることで、流行や時代に左右されない普遍的で上質なデザインを目指しました。
製品の表面から極限まで凹凸を減らすことで、ノイズの無いフラットな構成を実現。スチール製でありながら、木材で構成されたような印象を作り出しています。 また、全てのパーツが直線的でありながらも、神社建築特有の比率を用いることで、象徴的な印象を生み出しています。
筐体カラーは日本の原色である朱色を採用。同色のチェアとコーディネートすることで更に象徴的な空間を作り出すことが出来ます。 天板には脱色後、染色されたモノトーンの突板を使用することで筐体の朱色を際立たせています。 和紙のテクスチャーを使用したデスクトップパネルは、緊張感のある空間に抜けを作ると同時に日本の伝統を印象付けます。
“MIKOTO” is a design table inspired by shrine architecture.
By incorporating elements of traditional Japanese shrine architecture, we aimed for a universal and high-quality design that is not influenced by trends or times.
By minimizing unevenness from the surface of the product, we have achieved a flat configuration without noise. Although it is made of steel, it creates the impression of being composed of wood.
In addition, even though all the parts are linear, the use of ratios unique to shrine architecture creates a symbolic impression.
The housing color adopts vermilion, which is the primary color of Japan. You can create a more symbolic space by coordinating with chairs of the same color.
The vermillion color of the housing is highlighted by using a monotone veneer that has been bleached and dyed for the top plate.
The desktop panel, which uses the texture of washi paper, creates an air of tension in the space and at the same time gives an impression of Japanese tradition.
